Individual air-conditioned cottages comprise the accommodation at Driftwood Beach Club. All have en suite bathrooms. The cottages are nestled in the tropical gardens, immersing you in a tropical jungle-like atmosphere that is exotic and natural. Self-catering villas are also available. There are 28 rooms in the Driftwood, accommodating up to 70 guests. Rooms have sea views and are near the swimming pool. There re two luxury Directors’ Cottages called Lamu and Manda. Each cottage comprises two large en suite, air-conditioned bedrooms with a living room and verandah overlooking the private pool, and are tucked away in a grove of private tropical garden. There are a further three villas situated in secluded private premises behind the club which share the use of a private swimming pool. Each villa has two double, air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms with living room and verandah overlooking the swimming pool.

Mailindi is known for its white sandy beaches and beautiful ocean spots. Activities include deep sea fishing, with some of the big game fishing. At Malindi you will find sailfish; blue, black and striped marlin; broadbill swordfish and others. Snorkeling is another popular attraction, or visit the crocodile/snake farm. The Malindi Golf Club offers enthusiasts to indulge their pleasures. Horse riding is another activity. Visit the Tsavo National Park, or some of the ancient Swahili ruins in the area.
