Day 1: Nairobi - Lake Manyara

Morning drive from Nairobi to Arusha, crossing the border at Namanga. Lunch and continue to Lake Manyara, arriving late afternoon at your safari lodge overlooking the lake. Overnight at safari lodge. [LD]

Early morning game viewing drive in the Lake Manyara National Park. Continue through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and enter the Serengeti National Park, arriving at your safari lodge. Late afternoon game viewing drive. Overnight at safari lodge. [FB]

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

A day of game viewing. Optional (for own account) dawn hot air balloon safari. You may embark on an extended game viewing drive with a picnic lunch from your safari lodge. Overnight at safari lodge. [FB]

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

Breakfast and drive back towards Ngorongoro Crater, game viewing en route as you travel through the Serengeti. Stop at Olduvai Gorge, a world famous archaeological site for a visit to the local museum, before driving to your luxury lodge perched on the crater rim. Overnight at lodge. [FB]

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

An early descent to the crater floor to enjoy a picnic breakfast before setting off on your game viewing drive without the crowds. Ascend the crater wall and return to your safari lodge for a late lunch with the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at lodge. [FB]

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater - Nairobi

Morning drive to Arusha, lunch and continue to Nairobi, arriving late afternoon. [BL]
