The Cliff Villa

Alfajiri Villas overlook the Indian Ocean. The Cliff Villa, located at Diani Beach, South Coast, is an exclusive 4 bedroom resplendent villa. High Makuti roofs furnish the villa, while ivory Danish floors provide a luxury feel. Wooden beams and Lamu doors and African and Far Eastern artefacts provide an interesting mix. The gardens are superb palm gardens, zealously kept by the management. Large verandas with huge hand carved sofas embellish a rich part of the villas, while a stretch swimming pool on the edge of a small cliff gives you the perfect lounging view of the ocean.

8 guests are accommodated in 4 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. There is a dining room, kitchen, lounge. All rooms are air conditioned with mosquito nets. Superb service may be expected from 20 experienced staff that wait on you. Alfajiri won the 2002 Harpers and Queen award for the private villa providing the best service worldwide. The cuisine is immaculate: fresh seafood on your plate, freshly prepared, including some of the best crab, prawns, lobster, octopus and sea fish. Oils, Parma ham and cheeses are flown in weekly from Europe, giving the cuisine a light, Mediterranean taste. Local farms provide the vegetables; the fruit is hand-picked from trees and bushes around Diani. Special cuisine requests will be considered. Quality wines are imported from South Africa and Chile.

Activities are numerous, ranging from light activities to more adventurous ones. Enjoy unlimited golf with paid green fees and use of golf clubs. An 18 hole course is less than two minutes away from the The Cliff Villa. Palm trees, Cashew nut and Casuarina Pine trees line the undulating fairways of this par 72 and 6084-meter course. Some relaxation activities may suit your holiday theme of unwinding. Snorkeling to the coral reef with local fishermen, using a traditional African boat is an amazing attraction.

Massages and reflexology is available. A vehicle available for relaxing local excursions within Diani. The beach area is great to swim or relax, or play tennis and squash, gym at a location nearby. Other activities for the more adventurous include: diving, kite surfing, the Jet Sky Dolphin Safari, mangrove bird watching, deep-sea fishing (marlin, sailfish, shark, tuna etc.). Safaris can be also be organized. The Cliff Villa is also in close proximity to Tsavo East National Park.
